2. Data We Collect

Sign-in via Google/Microsoft/Apple OAuth

When you sign in, we receive the following data from Google/Microsoft/Apple:

  • Email address
  • Name (display name)

No passwords or other credentials are stored by us.

Usage Data

The following data is stored as part of using the app:

  • Tasks, task lists, and execution entries you create
  • Your timezone preference
  • Timestamps of relevant actions (e.g. last sign-in)

3. Visibility of User Data

NextTask is a single-user application. Your data is only visible to you. No data is shared with other users.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

The data collected is used exclusively to operate the app:

  • Authentication and identification of users
  • Storing and displaying your tasks, task lists, and execution history
  • Displaying timestamps in your preferred timezone

5. Hosting

NextTask is hosted on servers in the European Union. The database is operated via Supabase, a service with server locations in the EU.

6. Cookies and Sessions

NextTask uses a signed session cookie (nexttask_session) to maintain your login session. No tracking cookies or third-party cookies are used.

7. SSL / Encryption

All communication with NextTask is encrypted via HTTPS.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access your stored data
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time directly from your profile. This will permanently remove all your data: tasks, task lists, and execution history.
