1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the platform NextTask (hereinafter "NextTask"), operated by matlon GmbH, Rainstrasse 49, 8038 Zurich, Switzerland.

2. Description of Services

NextTask is a free web app for randomized task switching with a configurable timebox timer. Users can create tasks, organize them into task lists, and execute timed task sessions. The use of NextTask is free of charge.

3. Registration and Access

Access to NextTask is exclusively via Google, Microsoft, or Apple OAuth. Upon sign-in, your name and email address are retrieved from your account. No separate password is required.

4. Terms of Use

The use of NextTask is permitted solely for private and non-commercial purposes, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The following is prohibited:

  • Misuse of the platform (e.g. automated bulk entries, spam)
  • Entering unlawful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempting to circumvent the security of the platform

5. Disclaimer of Liability

NextTask is provided "as-is". matlon GmbH makes no guarantee regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the accuracy of the data displayed. Liability for indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

matlon GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users through appropriate means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
